Our lead Chef/Owner is an industry renowned chef that has opened a multitude of restaurants in the triad area.  His specialty is menu development, back of house specialist and has a degree from Johnson & Wales University.


Pete Bobotsiares has opened and operated numerous restaurants ranging from fish camps all the way to fine dining establishments and everything in-between.  His specialty is in site acquisition and financing.


Johnny Papas has been in the industry since he was a wee lad.  His specialty is front of the house management, consultation and brand management.
